I just filed a complaint with the BBB on Packman... I have never received a receipt on my trash pick up... last weds my 18 year old son handed my payment that was sealed in an envelope to the driver so that our trash could be collected...This past weds they did not pick me up, I called to ask why, the so called manager said i had not made a payment for a whole month. which was far from the truth... The past 3 weeks my trash has been collected.. She was defensive and refused to allow me to talk... My thoughts are that she pockets the money for herself and dos not keep a record on who has paid their bills or the drivers pocket the money... not sure but talk about rude and obnoxious.... My next step is to call Tom Martino... my one big question is, has anyone actually seen receipts from these people? Next week I am going to keep an eye out on the packman truck and after they pick up trash I am going to knock on that persons door and let them know about what they have pulled with me .. I have no reason to lie...I have one income coming in and a mother of 4 kids....not to mention I am the block captn for the neighborhood watch program here in Aurora....I have switched my trash company to someone far more credible... These people are about of rude clowns and con artists....
