Recommendation on Brake Services
Wednesday, November 11, 2009
Good: I love the attention to detail the staff has on my 2006 bmw m5. You pay so much for a high end vehicle and you expect the staff to be just as knowledgable and they are. It is also cheaper than local bmw dealers cost, the amount you save is a night and day difference. BMW dealers quoted me 40% more and these guys use all OEM parts. They also offer a shuttle service to take you back to your work or home but I just waited because it was under an hour.. Bad: I didn't like the pricing but it was the best price compared to other independent bmw repair shops and they also use OEM parts not like other independent bmw service facilities.. Improvements: A coffee machine so I can get my caffeine fix while waiting, more magazines, maybe a video game system or even a television.. Other: I called for an appointment to check which bmw dealer could finish fastest because I had an appointment to be at a photo shoot with my daughter. Euro Auto Spot gave me the second fastest time to complete my oil change and brake service. Their pricing is what made me visit them and i'm happy I did, because the attention they gave my bmw was top notch. You won't have to worry about them damaging your vehicle or scratching the paint job unlike other local bmw service shops around town..
