taking the advise of Maxwell realty company( & some coaching from Nancy alperin) and adding to my re portfolio is probablty the smartest move ive made this year with my $
we may be in a recession, but protecting myself with buying a multiunit apt building was such a good move for me to have made
i havent purchased an apt bldg in some time, ran into nancy at the supermarket, started going over the advantages in the produce isle, and by checkout i knew i had to get back in the best asset building game.
from setting up my financing to gettting me to closing it was a smooth as silk
