Acapulco Fresh hits the spot

While not necessarily "authentic" Mexican food (from what I've been told by my friends from S. CA), I find Acapulco Fresh a *much* better option than "fast food" Mexican.
All the food really does taste fresh and delicious, everything is made to order and doesn't sit around under warming lights, and their salsa bar is great. The guacamole is fresh and yummy too.
Great place for lunch or a quick dinner.
