I have been to the Dakota several times, and I think their food is great. They have a fabulous bleu cheese burger--probably one of the best I've ever had. They also have great steak and appetizers. Their service, however, leaves something to be desired. They don't understand that they're now in the middle of a business district, and buisiness lunches are not always leisurely. There have been two times where my lunch has taken over an hour and a half! Most of the time it's been from servers who won't bring my credit card slip back in a quick manner, other times the food has simply been very, very slow to be delivered to the table. My advice: if you're looking for a slow lunch or dinner, The Dakota is great. If you're looking for faster-paced business lunch, go to The Local or The Newsroom--they know how to hurry!
