This place is definitely one of the better values in The Castro. It's an Asian / Noodle place with some great seafood dishes, vegetarian options and other fare. Great staff & outdoor dining. The bar is fully stocked and they mix some great drinks. You will probably end up waiting for a table on weekends, but definitely give it a shot.

I recommend not straying too far from the norms. The salmon I had was mediocre at best. However, as always, service was with a smile, two snaps and a twirl! Great atmosphere, good patio for outdoor desert dining and a good crowd.

Helsing was the company that the developer of our neighborhood contracted to provide management services during construction and until we found a "real" management company once construction was complete. The level of service is deplorable and the method in which they conduct business leads me to believe that they are only protecting their relationship with the developers and are not acting in the best interest of their actual clients. On serveral occasions our management contact changed w/o any notice to us. Of course several projects that were in the works between us and management fell through the cracks as their staff seemed to change with the wind. Their level of unprofessional conduct is absolutely astounding. I would never recommend using this company's services.

The staff is very knowledgable and professional, they provided us the lowest cost with the highest level of service of several companies from which we received bids. I'm very happy with the service they are providing.

Dave Haddon IS very knowledgable and competent. He gave me by far the best price quote on a new air conditioning system that included some additional piping work that needed to be done. He promised to have the job done in one day - and even brought in a third person for the installation to ensure that they would be able to finish it in a single visit. Even when they ran into a minor glitch with a malfunctioning regulator valve, they finished the job on time. I've already referred Haddon to a neighbor and a co-worker. I'll absolutely use them for any of my HVAC needs. AND they guarantee their labor for the first year over and above the manufacturer's warranty on A/C meaning no charge for service on a warranty call. Good luck finding anyone else to do that at the price Dave will charge you.

I did not end up buying my Saab at Dirito simply because they did not have what I wanted in inventory, but I do get my service done there. The staff is great, no problems getting appointments and when my service alert came on to alert me of a malfunctioning GAS CAP, they didn't charge me for the service call. All in all, a good service experience every time.

We recently re-financed with this broker and were promised lots of things. The terms of the loan ended up being what was originally quoted, but there were lots of additional fees that showed up at closing that were never revealed in the good faith estimate. In addition, a process that was promised to take 2-3 weeks took 2-3 months. Also, they continually asked us to provide the same documentation over and over - 4 times for some simple things like bank statements and paychecks. They were able to get us an excellent appraisal on the value of our home, but at quite a cost on closing. We're still trying to resolve a refund of the non-disclosed fees.

I was so scared to venture to Emeryville for a movie because parking and traffic down there are usually so BAD. This place is awesome, though! Easy access and no parking problems on a Thursday night. Way better than the Bay Street mess.
