Having listed our condo with Mesquite Realty & Rentals at the recommendation of our dear friend and real estate agent, I expected a great deal more than the service we received.
The staff is actually very nice and sweet, a couple of ladies who have been doing this job for quite some time, but the level of service was lacking in my opinion. Things were slow and awkward, and during the entire season we got one rental out of the deal.
There are a ton of rental agencies in the Coachella Valley. I recommend giving someone else a try.
