Third Street Grind is just a block off of the square itself, has a great outdoor patio and lots of space. I like to plop down, plug in my laptop and work away. It's a relatively quiet place w/o a ton of traffic, which makes for a good working environment. The people are cool and the coffee - MOST IMPORTANT - is good. No Wi-Fi is a detraction, though.
