This non-profit organization was founded by Stewart Kwoh in 1980 after the killing of Vincent Chin, a Chinese man whose life was taken away because of his race. Since then APALC has helped out hundreds or even thousands of Asians who need legal help in a variety of capacities. APALC is famous for its work with the Thai immigrant workers and lawsuit against Abercrombie & Fitch.
