cheap oil change

I went to the shop for an oil change and although the service was quick, I was not satisfied. The service was not that good because he took my car and did the oil change, but didn't tell me anything. Then, I paid him and that was it. He didn't tell me anything about it or if anything was wrong with the car. Service was quick though.
