I'll only deal with Marina - a real person who really cares!

I recently booked a cruise through Marina. I had never used a travel agent to book any travel before so after I received prices from her I checked them against what I could get on my own through Orbitz, Hotwire, etc. I assumed I could get a better deal through one of the clearing houses. I was shocked and grateful to find that Marina had saved me a minimum of $200 on the best price I could locate on my own. Plus, booking through one of the clearing houses I wouldn't have access to all the options I have found with Marina. Her customer service is outstanding and her rates are unbeatable. I'll never again waste my time searching the internet for hours, only to achieve some non-refundable, non-service-oriented computer-generated travel disaster! From now on I'll only deal with Marina - a real person who really cares!
