Wow - what a difference a credit union is from a bank

The Lakeway location is already like an old friend to me. I have my business and my personal accounts there. They have fast extremely personal service. The manager, Carisa, takes a personal interest in my overall experience at her facility. They have all sorts of conveniences. My favorite is that when I lose my check card (which is embarrassingly - all too frequent) they can cancel the old one and print the new one right there while I wait, which is hugely helpful.
