i shop here a lot, or at least i used to. forever 21 just isnt my style anymore unless i need a semi-formal outfit or something. the stuff here is relatively cheap, but it usually falls apart once it goes out of style. this particlular branch is okay, my only problem is that stuff is usually a ruckus on the racks.
