Horrible Customer Service!!

Good: Well, I liked their Furniture, which is the reason I had stopped by to purchase a couple of Chairs.. Bad: The Customer Service was Horrible!! I told them what I was looking for and the Man Pointed his hand in 4 directions as to where I was to Go on the Search for these Chairs...Horrible!! As I walked down one aisle and Gave up!! As I was leaving, I noticed a Man coming through the doors a Salesman jumped all over him..."May I help you? What are you looking for?
I felt like a second class person!!
NEVER AGAIN WILL I WALK THROUGH THOSE DOORS!!
WORD OF MOUTH TRAVELS FAST.. OTHERS HAVE BEEN TREATED THE SAME WAY.. Improvements: NICER SALES PERSONS!!!. Other: THEY WERE DOWN RIGHT RUDE!!!
I HAD PLENTY OF MONEY TO SPEND THAT DAY, SO I WENT TO THE MALL, TO ROOMFUL EXPRESS!!.
