Bad Service Department

I will never take my motorcycle to this place for service again! The service department totally messed up my engine and caused $400 worth of damage. I had to get my bike fixed at another place, and this Honda dealer refused to pay for the repairs even though I provided proof that the damage was caused by his service techs. Guess what happens when you forget to re-tension the timing chain? You get two bent valve stems and no apologies! Moreover, the reason I took my bike in for service was to have my carb cleaned - and they couldn't even do that properly. Am amazed they are still in business after an episode like that. Next step: reporting them to the Better Business Bureau. Do yourself a favor: do not take your motorcycle for service at Honda of High Point.
