Had occasion to attend a class at the Apple Store yesterday. The woman who taught the class was did teach me a couple of new things, which was good. I also received help buying miscellaneous supplies from their Genius Bar.
I am most impressed with their customer service at the door. Because there was so much going on at the store, I could easily have been very, very lost. I instead got pleasant, professional, courteous service which I thought was exceptional.
