I have used many plumbers throughout my time living in NYC. This company has been absolutely exceptional in the level of service he provided at my home. John Farr called me back right away. He was extremely polite, prompt and courteous. The problem was fixed very quickly and he didn't charge me an arm and a leg.
I was legalizing my basement and had to remove several Department of Buildings violations. He removed the violations for me and did a great job. He charged a lot less than the other estimates I got for the job.
