My dad got his air ticket from this travel agency. The price is low comparing to the other place. Their service is not that bad. My dad talked to a lady called Ming. She is kind of nice. However, my dad asked them to check the price for him and call him back. She didn't reply my dad until he called her again. I think it is understandable, because it is summer time, so lots of people buy air tickets. Probably they are just too busy. I think the price is more important.
