I generally like Friday's. I went there twice recently, once with my son and his friend and once with my boyfriend. The first time with my son was ok, however the food that I had was horrible, maybe it was because I used my goldpoints card and it was free, but the chicken wings were over done, two of the mozzarella stick's weren't even done in between them and the potato skins had very little cheese and two of the skins actually had two pieces of bacon on them, none of them had very much potato at all. I was not pleased, I didn't say anything to the manager, which I generally will, at that point I just wanted to get out. I went back however again and this time is was better, of course I got the skizzlin chicken and cheese skillet and it was great as usual. I had a margarita this time too, should have had one the time before, but that was good and HUGE!! Only needed one of those. The prices were good and the waitress was pleasant. Knowing this and the location is good I will return there again.

There is a new restaurant in town and it is great. As you can see (if you read any other posts) I like Mexican and this place has good Mexican. The raspberry margaritas are some of the best I've had. The salsa they bring out with the chips, which are baked corn tortillas cut in half(so they are big chips) is great, kinda spicy but not too bad, but I like spicy. You place your order and in about 10 minutes or less you're food is at your table. I was amazed the first time it happened and thought it was a fluke, but I've now been there three times and it has never failed to amaze me. The servers are always nice which makes it great to go there. There is a separate bar smoking area and a non dining area as well.

I recently went to the Little Mexico Cafe on the corner of Bridge and Stocking. I had been there once before with my sister and her boyfriend, that was the first time, this was the second. I was with my boyfriend and we were there for lunch and some margaritas. We were seated immediately, which was the same as the first time I was there. The odd thing is that the place is so small when you get inside it's amazing how many people it seats in relation to how packed the parking lot is. The food comes out within 10 minutes, doesn't matter who orders what, you can all have different things. It's like the know what you want when you walk in the door. The food is great the Sangria is definitely good. The prices are reasonable and there is a completely separate section for non and for those that like to smoke. I don't know if they take reservations. The people are friendly and the service is great. I would recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for some good Mexican Food!!

Well now I am with Cingular Wireless and haven't had a problem with any customer service. They are so polite and really understanding. I switched in November and everything has been easy so far. My bill has been about 57.00 a month that's for 450 anytime and 5000 night and weekend, BUT you can get 7-7-7 for $7.00 and your w/n start at 7!! You will be able to upgrade your phone after 2 years, otherwise I think they will still do it but you have to pay a portion of it? Seems like i read that somewhere. Anyway, all seems ok in the world of cell phones for the time being.

The Oasis Hot Tub Garden is the coolest place to go hot tubbing, forget that other hot tub place, this one has each room specially decorated with a different theme. There is a Japan room, Asia room, Mediterranean room...etc. The cost is average considering the great service and awesome set up. It is 20.00 for a weekday and a little more on the weekend, but there are coupons in the phone book for 3.00 off an hour. I have recommended various people to check it out and have NEVER heard anything negative about it. Oh yeah...it's very clean too.

Dr. Lee has been my primary doctor for about 5 or so years now..he is great. Never have a problem getting a script if I need one. He always listens to all my concerns and does what he can for me. If he feels that I need blood work he sends me right down to get it. At times I just have to call and explain what I have and how I feel and he is willing to give me something for it. The office is busy though, so you may have a wait in the waiting room but it's not as bad as other places I have been to in the past.

I brought shoes and shoulder pads there and was told they couldn't take them or had too many already in stock. I think a lot of people resell there. However, if you are looking for used equipment it is a good place to start, the prices are cheaper of course and the selection is pretty good, if you catch it early enough in the season.

OK I have to update this immediately. I have pulled my son out of this school as of a week and a half before Christmas Break. I found out that he was getting punched everyday at school since the...
OK I have to update this immediately. I have pulled my son out of this school as of a week and a half before Christmas Break. I found out that he was getting punched everyday at school since the fourth grade and never told me and no one apparently ever saw this happen. When I confronted them they said it was a game the children were playing and the assistant principal told me to keep my child home if I was concerned about his safety at school. So I have since started sending him to Kenowa Hills, my alma mater. His attitude has improved 110%, he is happier, you can ask anyone that knows him. He is more helpful and more patient. We are slowly reversing all the damage done to him while in the other school, but everyday he is understanding more what things will and will not be tolerated in school. At SWCC the kids ran the room NOT the teacher. If you'd like more information on what went on there please let me know I'd be happy to share so you can also remove your children out of these horrible environment. My child will never go back to that school even if I do have to drive him across town everyday until he graduates!! Thank you for reading this.
My son who is 10 has been attending SWCC since first grade and by the time he is in 6th he will be fluent in English and Spanish. This school is great, not only do they learn the basic curriculum of the "regular" schools but also learn to speak Spanish. This school was designed around a Charter School theory with there being so many of each culture. This is a great opportunity for any child and will be very beneficial in the future!! -

The Elbow Room is a good place to go have a dinner or just meet up for drinks with someone. The waitresses are really nice and the food is good, plus you get a lot for what you order. The only downfall is that the size, it is a very small bar. There are about 15 seats at the bar and another 10-12 tables in the place. The bathroom is not located in a good spot (right by a table) and it is a one stall bathroom. The ladies may not like that. Other than that it is a good place to watch a game and down a few.

I visited Great Nails recently because there was a coupon for a Grand Opening in the Advance, and was I impressed. I was in the spa pedicure chair for close to a hour, they have a small pedicure room with 4 spa chairs in it and a curtain on it so that it's even more like a separate little room and you don't have to watch everyone get their hair done or feel like you are being watched. The lady there took her time and really made it worth the money. They also do hair and manicures. It's a smaller salon so it's not as busy as well. It was very relaxing and the staff was great!!
