The downtown Wichita Art Museum is a true treasure for the city of Wichita. Again, thanks to the Koch family, the museum has received recent rennovations and showcases much of the Koch's artwork. It is truly amazing that a city like Wichita can actually support a museum of this calliber. It recently received a Dale Chihuly glass sculpture -- which is worth the visit in itself. I usually go to the museum once a year, but recently it seems like more often. It is truly amazing. I would recommend it to anyone looking for something to do on a rainy afternoon.
