Cardio Fit Sports Club in Mission Viejo is not like your large sports club, such as Balley's or 24 Hour Fitness. Upon entering the facility, one is able to assess that the club severely lacks funding. The gym equipments are old, the facility is run down, and the weight room is cramped with rusting machines. Not to mention, the gym membership is EXPENSIVE! I paid $16/mo. until they wrote me a letter saying they were going to raise it to somewhere in the high 20's.
The club is filled with old people who play nothing but racquetball. If you're young and want a more hip sports club, join Balley's or 24 Hour Fitness for half the cost.
