I brought my parents' Acura TL in for a recall fix and they had the car ready in 4 hours. They provided a free shuttle service back to my destination and also picked me up when the car was ready. They washed the car, vacuumed the inside, and took GREAT care of the car. The dealership wasn't very busy when I brought my car in so I was very pleased with the speed of their service. I didn't even need to make an appointment, whereas, other dealerships requested that I make an appointment for a day later in the week.
