another dollar store

this is another dollar store, however this one sells mostly japanese related products. the product quality is definitely better than typical 99 cents only stores. you can find, toys, office supplies, and some electronics stuff in store. the only thing i do not understand is they refuse to refund anything. and the cashiers are some old japanese ladies who i can barely understand what they are saying, wonder how they passed the entrance interview.
