The shop upsold me unecessary service such as air filter and power steering fluid. They spoke negatively about dealership where I previously took my car to service. They misinformed and misled me about some services which were not needed such as power steering fluid which was a light yellowish color and did not appear to be dirty. But they claimed that the fluid should be pink color, claiming that it's the original fluild when I bought the car and it had never been replaced and that dealers do not perform this service because they wanted my transmission to break so they can charge me to replace it. This is not true as I confirmed with my dealer after the service and compared what Grease Monkey told me with my previous service record at the Dealership. Both of my air filter and power steering fluid had in fact just been replaced during my last service at the dealership less than 19K miles ago and they don't appear to be dirty. They also offered a 10% discount to entice me if I get them everything done today.
