Never never go to this insurance agency. I tried to cancel with them. It took me almost a year to resolve our case. They said they never receive a cancellation letter eventhough my new agency has sent them 5 times. Later on, they said that I have not pay for the service which I am no longer with them. Now I am still trying to dispute with them. I will report it to BBB as well. Very rude customer service. I would say...void it if possible.
