I wanted to buy a couch, but they told me that it was not in stock. Then I asked, can I buy the floor sample. She told me she is not authorized to sell the sample model. She will call me tomorrow. I have waited for 3 months but she never calls me. I ended it up buying at La Z Boy which is cheaper and better quality.
