Here is the Rx for my orthotics and AFO (I've been trying to get one for the shoes too but keep running into communication problems-will wait and try for that later). My orthopedic doctor was very pleased with the work you all did (said far superior to anyone in the Orlando area!) I'm scheduled to get my bunion and hammer toe repaired Sept 14th so may be back to see you in October??
