This place is the greatest. The chef is a master with flavor and presentation. The bartender was the best I've seen in years. Overall - people were happy to work there and it was a great experience!
Republic excels at frozen cocktails. A frigid take on a cosmo enhances the original's sweetness. A frozen mojito delights with its thick sugarcane swizzle stick and invigorating lime-rum-mint iciness.
