CTS Computer is my preferenced computer repair shop, although I already am adept at fixing my own if I had to bring it somewhere to get fixed this is where it would be. They don't try to sell you things that you don't need and will answer you strait out about the condition of your computer.
They are a tad pricier, but compared to the Best Buy geek squad CTS is a much better value, and I am going to guess much better service then G.S.
Components of course are more expensive then newegg, but thats the premuim you pay.
