Not that bad...not that great

I am fair about this place. I drove my car here before to get a car wash. When I went here, the staff do not look like they care much at all, as if they want to go home right away. By the way, I came there around noon! I paid for my wash and they did not really get the job done. I can still see dirt specs and the car is clearly not shiny. The price is affordable however.
