You can never go wrong with any of the Chicken dishes, and excellent Bar drinks. If you're in the mood for something not on the menu, don't get your hopes up. Every time I've asked for a "special" dish, I have been shot down. I recommend starting with an appetizer, such as the Four Star Dumplings. If you're looking to attract some attention, try the Sizzling Rice Soup-- it's a rarity in Florida (popular among those of us who grew up near Chinatown) and is sure to draw some glances.
