The best park in the cities (indoor or outdoor)

Edinborough Park is one of the best parks in the Twin Cities whether we are talking indoors or outdoors. This is an indoor facility. So, it's a great refuge for when it is cold or rainy. But it is also wonderful if it is nice out as well. This is mainly due to facility and what is available to play with. They have 2 story tree fort / jungle gym. I'm not quite sure what to call it, but it is awesome. They also have a bouncy house, swimming pool and smaller play areas. In the winter, they even have an area for ice skating.
