When I called the customer service hotline of Official Moving, I was pleased that the service crew was very accomodating and sounded professional. I was asked the right questions and they also asked if there were any concern-I felt that I was talking to a person who is very knowledgeable on their services and at the same time, who understands the stress that goes with moving. From the estimate, to packing , delivery and repacking--they were there, doing their work efficiently! I am impressed with their service and I am very pleased with their team!
