At lunchtimes, the wait for the sushi bar can be very long. However, it's worth the wait as they have the freshest fish there. The yellowtail, salmon, and tuna are all great, but my favorite is the crunch roll. It contains a shrimp tempura, and they add various veggies and roll it up. Another appetizing variation is the halibut tempura roll. Although it's not on the menu, it's one of many special requests they cater to.
