Weird service

So i rented some videos from here once and it doesnt play at all in my equipment... i take it back and the people working there claim that it works fine but they don't even test it. Perhaps the language barrier is the problem here but after a few minutes, they gladly refunded my money and i was on my way. Nice, and cooperative people but i won't be back.
