I was delivered a convincing sales speech for the swim lessons program and I bought into it. It is nothing more than a joke. The teacher, who was advertised as the most "requested and experienced" has flat affect, unable to engage children and basically projects the sense that since she is pretty much unexcited about her work, she doesn't even pretend to make an effort. The management is unresponsive with no sense of customer service standards. Bottom line, after they get your money, you're on your own, no one cares. Forget about any refunds you're on the hook. Very unprofessional.
