I've only had to use Desert Cab once. I gave them a call, told them where I was, and in about 10 minutes, a driver was there to pick me up. The cost was about 20 dollars for a six mile drive, which wasn't too bad. I'm not sure how Desert Cab Co compares to other taxi companies around town since I haven't had to use a taxi, but my experience with them was pleasant.

The Community College Of Southern Nevada, or CCSN for short, is a great educational establishment. I took a few classes here over the summer and the school exceeded my expectations. The teachers are knowledgable and willing to help you learn the material. There are three campuses around town, so it's never too far of a drive. The price is also very reasonable, at only about 40 dollars a credit.

They have very low prices, a large selection of foods such as rice, chow mein, vegetable and meat dishes. They also use no MSG which is a great plus. As with most chinese food places, they offer dine-in as well as to-go food.

Last summer, I signed up for a free membership to the Black Mountain Recreation Center in Henderson. It was awesome. They have all sorts of gym equipment to help you get in shape. They also have a track as well, so you can run at your pace. Another plus is that they have basketball courts so you can shoot hoops without the glaring sun in your eye! There are also community events held here, and they have a great kids' program as well.

They will help you choose which type(s) of massage you want or need. They don't call it Angel's Touch for no reason! If you've never been to a day spa before, you don't know what you're missing!

These guys are very good handymen. They can fix any appliance that you problems with. Give them a call and in no time at all, they'll be at your house or business fixing away. It amazes me how much these guys know about everything electrical. The price they charge is very reasonable and if you ever have another problem with whatever they fixed, they will come out and service it again at no cost to you. Great service!

With a name like Alligator Soup, I had no idea what this store was. When I went in for the first time, I was shocked at what I saw. It was actually a gift shop! There were a whole bunch of nifty gifts which I grabbed for friends of mine. They also do invitations to parties, weddings, receptions, etc. If you've ever wondered what the heck Alligator Soup was, stop by and find out for yourself! You'll be surprised!

The Tropicana Hotel and Casino is one of your older casinos on the Las Vegas Strip. That doesn't mean you shouldn't visit it however. They people here are very nice and tend to your every need....
The Tropicana Hotel and Casino is one of your older casinos on the Las Vegas Strip. That doesn't mean you shouldn't visit it however. They people here are very nice and tend to your every need. There is a pretty good aerobatic show right in the middle of the casino floor. Literally, you can be sitting on the slot machines and have people dancing in the air over your head. There is also a very nice bird show here, with exotic species from all over the world. The magic show here is decent as well.

The MGM Grand Hotel and Casino is by far the largest in Las Vegas. One can easily get lost in this massive casino. However, because of its sheer size, there are TONS of attractions here. Shows, movie theaters, restaurants, etc. Anything you can name that could possibly be inside a casino, the MGM Grand has. They usually have the best shows in town as well. You can't miss it if you're driving down the Las Vegas Strip...it's green lights jump out at you!
