Horrible Experience

After 7 months my financial aid paperwork is still processing. Virtually no one is helpful from financial aid, counseling, or any other department I have spoken with.
The "orientation" was hours of wasted time that ultimately was a ploy to have students sign up and pay for classes on the spot, with no academic counseling to speak of whatsoever (30 students to 1 counselor in a 30 minute period). MY entire experience in these last few months, with these overworked and completely uncaring tools, was nothing short of horrible, and trips to the DMV are infinitely more rewarding. Atleast at the DMV after a multi-hour wait you leave with something accomplished.
