Good Japanese noodles and dishes

This restaurant is no longer called Mishima, but the same cooks are still there. They serve primarily noodle and rice dishes, no sushi here. It's a smaller, so sometimes it can get a little crowded, they don't take reservations though. Try the cold soba or udon dishes, mix the soy with a little wasabi and eat the cold soba during hot days in the summer, it will cool you down.
The tofu appetizer is pretty good too.
