Two years ago I got a call from home letting me know that the furnace wasn't putting out any heat...I left work early, called the gas company...who came out and did a quick inspection of the furnace and told me my ingnitor was out, and I needed a new one...The gas man informed me I was looking at a 300.00 repair bill...being a single mom I couldn't afford that one two months before Xmas...The gas guy told me step by step how to replace the ingintor myself and where to go to get the part...WL May Co....so I got the part from WL May, and they were super nice, helpful, and made sure I knew what I was doing. I have had to purchase another one just recently same service and helpful tips.
