Walking around Chinatown, you wouldn't realize that there was a 25 cent store. There is a 25 cent sign outside, but it's not that huge. It's hidden near some stairs. A lot of it are cheap things that are made of plastic like the clothes hangers. It's also kind of small, which made it uncomfortable to browse around. There was a lot of cloth, needles, etc. I guess you should go there if you are on a tight budget though.
