It's a small theater company in the lower east side. They usually have one night special shows. I went to a reading and thoroughly enjoyed it. They put on a lot of different shows and readings during the year.
When you get there, it could be confusing as they own two buildings. One is where you buy the tickets and the offices, most likely. The other has the stage(s). Tickets for shows aren't all that expensive. Most are about 20 dollars. There are group discounts, and I believe student discounts.
