Brodard has perhaps the best "nem nuong" rolls. These are similar to spring rolls, but they use pork instead. Dip the rolls into a special sauce they make and you got heaven. The rolls are $1.25 each, which is extremely cheap. You can even sit down and enjoy other dishes. All their dishes are good. The service is actually pretty decent too. Highly recommended!
