Perhaps the cheapest as you can get. All their items (except the fried chicken meal) is 1.99. The portions are a little small, so usually 2 orders will do. You get a decent selection, so order 2 different entrees. The restaurant itself isn't quite clean. Tables are sticky sometimes and eventually you might encounter friendly flies lurking for food inside. Your best bet would probably to order the food to go (extra surcharge).
