Ebisu is definitely the place to go if you want Ramen. The prices are pretty reasonable. I highly recommend going during the lunch hour on Mondays-Fridays 11-3PM. The best deal has to be the lunch special. There are 3 combinations, but the most popular is the one with Ramen, Fried Rice, Gyoza, and soda.
