We ordered a two tone jersey and got a solid colored black jersey. The logo was in the wrong spot, the sponsors were wrong. When the "manager" commented on the jersey he said "you never said what two tone colors you wanted". So I guess the photo we gave him of possible choices was not enough. Also black on black is not two tone, its called solid black. And the lettering was the wrong color. The sales staff wants to act like its the customers fault. Wont fix the problems and even will demand you order more from them. Thank God we already found another supplier that is a good alternative to Roush. Sports and Shoes in Mt. Vernon Ohio is very professional. When placing an order they will give you written estimates upfront, give you in writing a time line, and go over exactly what you want. None of this was done at Roush. They broom you out the door. Its odd when the order was a $3000 order that they would treat us so badly.
