I am responding to "not so convienent " by Christine. I also had a physical and was lectured on how overweight and how high my blood pressure was. Which it was. But I commend the Dr. for saying it like it is. I went on a diet and started to exercize, lost 50 pounds and feel great. What did you want him to say? I don't get it?
