Good: Very personal dispatchers. Very friendly. Very honest on what time my cab would be there, said that there were 6 cabs out and they were tied up, but it would be a 1/2 hour wait but...
Good: Very personal dispatchers. Very friendly. Very honest on what time my cab would be there, said that there were 6 cabs out and they were tied up, but it would be a 1/2 hour wait but guaranteed that my cab would be there.. Bad: I wanted a cab immediately. Dispatcher explained that there were 6 cabs running at the moment, and they were tied up with other valuable customers, and that it would be a half hour.. Improvements: To be able to get a cab immediately.. Other: The driver got out of his cab to greet me at my door; he also help load, and unload my groceries (carrying them to my front door), and he also made suggestions on which route to take that would cost less. I would use them again, and recommend them to any one else..
