With only six locations in Northern California, Pluto's (2 in San Francisco), Pluto's is a fresh dining concept that should catch on nationally.
With it's emphasis on low fat ingredients cooked in a healthy, yet tasty manner (grilled, steamed, baked, roasted), it's no wonder Pluto's is so popular among the take-out crowd.
Ordering is a bit like going to the dorm cafeteria. Pick up a punch card. Decide if you want a salad or move directly to the meat and poultry area. Place your order and have them stamp your punch card. Pay at the counter.
I highly recommend the sandwiches with bbq sauce. Yum.
