Party Time is located in a shopping area that is quite far from the freeway so it's location isn't really very convenient for those of us who don't live in Concord. Their storefront sign is large and can easily be spotted. The store is a relatively big one carrying party supplies, art & crafts supplies and novelties. I seems like some of their merchandise have been on their shelves a long time and some of their prices are a bit on the expensive side..
